The Core Transformation Program (CTP) is a strategic, multi-year initiative to implement ifWire—our internal Guidewire-based system—as the new core platform for the Mobility business in Sweden. We began the implementation phase last year, and the journey is well underway.

We are now looking for a leader to take on the mission of building a team of Guidewire experts with the digital business development skills needed to excel in this journey

What are we looking for?
You have extensive previous experience in digital development, preferably from a larger organization with high complexity and dependencies. You're used to managing stakeholder expectations and communication as well as coaching colleagues and participating in continuously improving the way of working. You're experienced in assessing, mentoring, and advancing the growth of your team community members. You probably already have some formal leadership experience and you are also used to developing strategies and driving the work to execute on them.

If you've worked within finance or insurance previously that is a big plus, even better if you're experienced with working with the
Guidewire
platform.

About The Role
You will be part of the CTP program working as a Chapter Lead/Digital Business Development Lead. Your main mission is to ensure we build the Guidewire focused business development skills we need for our future journey on this platform. As an experienced professional you will bring valuable knowledge into the community and participate in evolving our way of working. You coach and act as a sounding board for your team members, sort out any ambiguities and drive the work around some initiatives yourself.

Location
The preferred location is Stockholm, but other if offices in Sweden or Finland may be an option for the right candidate
