Your role

As Global Business Development Manager for the Aerospace Segment, you will position Atlas Copco as the partner of choice for OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and emerging aerospace manufacturers worldwide. Your mission is to develop and execute a global business development strategy that accelerates adoption of our Smart Integrated Assembly ecosystem — combining intelligent tools, digital quality assurance, and lifecycle services — as the foundation for modern aerospace production.

You'll collaborate across borders, engage with diverse stakeholders and customers, and work closely with Atlas Copco teams worldwide to drive innovation, ensure customer success, and create global consistency. What You Will Do

• Develop and implement a global business development strategy for the aerospace segment and build long-term relationships with key industry players and identify new opportunities
• Champion Atlas Copco's Smart Integrated Assembly solutions across regions and customers
• Coordinate globally distributed teams, to ensure consistent value delivery and strategic alignment
• Build and lead a global knowledge-sharing network to scale success, share insights, best practices and accelerate impact across all regions, teams and divisions
• Collaborate with R&D and product companies to align technology roadmaps with industry needs
• Develop impactful sales tools and communication materials tailored to aerospace sector
• Foster diversity, collaboration, and inclusive leadership – building global bridges and diverse networks

The role reports to Global Segment Manager Smart Factory, Station Assembly.

• Experienced in business development, strategic account management, or segment strategy
• Technical background with product and assembly systems
• Skilled in global collaboration and comfortable working cross borders and cultures
• Comfortable engaging at technical, business, and executive levels
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and drive results in complex environments
• Knowledge of smart factory technologies, digital quality solutions, aerospace and sustainability trends
• Commercially savvy with financial acumen and KPI-driven mindset
• Curious, proactive, and resilient — with a passion for innovation and customer success

Job location

You will preferably be located in Stockholm, Sweden although there may be flexibility dependent upon experience. To fulfill your mission, you'll travel frequently.
