Business Development Internship — Spring 2026

Our mission is to build the world's first parental workforce infrastructure — ending parenthood as a driver of workforce loss and turning it into a force that accelerates talent retention, gender equality, and economic growth. Today we work with leading companies across Europe and Asia, and we're scaling quickly in the UK and broader Europe.

As a Business Development Intern, you'll be close to the heart of this journey — working with our talented team to uncover growth opportunities, support fundraising, and contribute directly to our GTM execution.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute GTM and growth strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities
  • Support our fundraising efforts with research, preparation, and materials
  • Create concise B2B materials and generate leads
  • Assist with thought-leadership initiatives, including the UK edition of 
    The LEIA Report
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our product offerings and user experience

What We're Looking For

  • Student or recent graduate in business, finance, engineering, science, or an equivalent field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Driven and proactive, with the confidence to take initiative and lead projects from start to finish
  • Curious and a quick learner in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in AI, HR tech, or B2B SaaS is a plus

The role is based in Stockholm with hybrid opportunities. The internship starts in January 2026 and runs for 6 months.
