Internship - Business Development
As an intern at Grale, you'll become an integral part of our passionate, high-performing team. You'll work closely with our founders and core team on real, strategic projects across business analysis, fundraising, and market expansion - from driving market research to building investment strategies and outreach to support growth.

You'll be part of shaping Grale's future while developing your skills in business analysis, investor engagement, and sustainability-driven growth.

Main Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive research and insights initiatives across key markets and segments.
• Contribute to the development and execution of business and partnership strategies.
• Maintain and expand key stakeholder relations.
• Support investment evaluation and outreach processes.
• Coordinate meetings and materials for external stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to align on priorities and ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and refine presentations, reports, and strategic documentation.
• Provide general operational and strategic support across the organization.

What You Bring

• Studies within business, economics or analytical fields - such as Stockholm School of Economics or KTH
• Strong analytical ability and entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest in business development, startups and investor engagement.
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
