We are looking for a
eCommerce Program Manager
who has 15+ years of experience

Experience Required

  • Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
  • Experience in managing stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing
  • Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

Generic Managerial Skills

  • Write and update titles, descriptions, and attributes with search engine optimization in mind
  • Ensure high-quality photos and consistent information across platforms
  • Track listing errors that can block visibility or affect rankings
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration with team members, clients, and others
  • Experience in leading a technical team and interacting with stakeholders for requirement gathering and Analysis
  • Interacting with offshore team and coordinating delivery

Responsibilities:

  • Program Manager with eCommerce experience is must, should be well versed with MS Office tools
  • Develop and maintain the overall program roadmap, timelines, and governance structure
  • Coordinate across multiple teams, including IT, digital, marketing, product management, operations, and customer service
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication with business stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and buy-in
  • Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and issues to executive sponsors and stakeholders and prepare materials such as slide decks for steering committee meetings and governance board meetings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, external vendors and partners
  • work closely with change management teams to develop training, communication, and rollout plans
  • Ensure the solution meets business requirements, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks
