who has 15+ years of experience
Experience Required
- Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Experience in managing stakeholders
- Working knowledge of digital marketing
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Generic Managerial Skills
- Write and update titles, descriptions, and attributes with search engine optimization in mind
- Ensure high-quality photos and consistent information across platforms
- Track listing errors that can block visibility or affect rankings
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration with team members, clients, and others
- Experience in leading a technical team and interacting with stakeholders for requirement gathering and Analysis
- Interacting with offshore team and coordinating delivery
Responsibilities:
- Program Manager with eCommerce experience is must, should be well versed with MS Office tools
- Develop and maintain the overall program roadmap, timelines, and governance structure
- Coordinate across multiple teams, including IT, digital, marketing, product management, operations, and customer service
- Ensure clear and transparent communication with business stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and buy-in
- Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and issues to executive sponsors and stakeholders and prepare materials such as slide decks for steering committee meetings and governance board meetings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, external vendors and partners
- work closely with change management teams to develop training, communication, and rollout plans
- Ensure the solution meets business requirements, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks
