About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Program Manager
to lead our
OnRep E-commerce Program
. This role requires strong program management expertise combined with hands-on experience in e-commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the
    program roadmap
    , timelines, and governance structure.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams including
    IT, Digital, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service
    .
  • Ensure
    clear communication
    with business stakeholders and foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
  • Provide regular updates on
    program status, risks, and issues
    to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Prepare
    steering committee materials
    , including presentations and governance reports.
  • Act as the
    primary point of contact
    for senior leadership, external vendors, and partners.
  • Work closely with
    change management teams
    to develop training, communication, and rollout plans.
  • Ensure solutions meet
    business requirements, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks
    .

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years
    of experience in
    Program Management
    , with a strong background in
    E-commerce
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office tools
    for reporting and presentations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
