During the autumn of 2026, we will be onboarding the third set of trainees to our team. The program spans twelve months and is tailored for those who wish to kick-start their careers within SaaS in a fast-moving and creative environment.

We are seeking talented individuals for a Management Trainee program who will have the opportunity to spend twelve months working closely with members of our management team and key business areas in a dynamic, transformative, and entrepreneurial organization with short decision-making paths.

As a Management Trainee at PriceEdge, you will participate in, or lead, cross-functional business development projects in areas such as marketing, business development, application development, customer support, and system implementations.

After the trainee year, we expect you to transition into a permanent position at one of our business areas or central functions.

Your Profile

Our next trainee is about to graduate from a top-ranked university or graduated less than two years ago. You are eager to learn, ambitious, and not afraid to speak your mind.

You're passionate about driving change and interested in digital transformation. You see the value of always delivering high quality and understand that being a team player is highly valued. Paired with an entrepreneurial spirit and a structured personality, you see yourself as a good fit for consulting and the fast-changing environment it entails.

As a person you:

· Have a strong interest in pricing, SaaS, and technology.

· Are thorough with an analytical and curious mindset.

· Like to make things happen; have a strong drive and interest in developing businesses.

· A true self-starter and problem solver at heart.

· Eagerness to learn and take on the responsibility of driving projects, demonstrating a strong interest in project management and a proactive approach to achieving successful outcomes.

· Down to earth and a collaborative team player who can build relationships and trust within the organization and our customers quickly and effectively.

· Are equally as comfortable working together in teams as individually.

· You are fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Your background:

· M. Sc in Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from a top-ranked university.

· Swedish and English working proficiency in both verbal and written form.

The recruitment process

The screening and selection process is ongoing. You will be invited to complete an online case if your application moves forward. Successful candidates will then proceed to interview and group case on-site.
