is expanding, and we are seeking experienced management consultants to join our
Strategy and Operations team
in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö. As a consultant at BearingPoint, you will have the opportunity to work in an ambitious team, collaborate with international experts, and contribute to impactful projects that drive transformation and growth for our clients.

About the Role

As part of our
Strategy and Operations team
, you will contribute to transformational change for clients by developing and delivering tailored solutions. Our focus areas include
operational excellence
and
supply chain management
.

You will work on diverse projects, ranging from
strategy development
to
implementation.
These may involve helping clients define their strategies, designing and delivering supply chain capabilities, and optimizing business processes. Through your expertise and collaboration with talented colleagues, you will create value for clients in areas such as
process optimization, cost reduction, digitalization,
and
innovation.

You will be part of an ambitious, multidisciplinary team and have access to a vast international network of experts within BearingPoint. Your professional and personal growth will be supported by a Development Manager, and you will have the chance to attend extensive training programs and participate in engaging social events.

What We Are Looking For

• M.Sc. in Engineering, Economics, or another relevant field.
• 3–6 years of management consulting experience,
  including executing projects in one or more of the following areas: sourcing and procurement, logistics, operations, operational excellence, planning and demand management, and change management, particularly within
  retail and manufacturing.
• Alternatively, 3
  –6 years of management consulting experience
  with expertise in
  operational excellence,
  particularly within the public sector. This includes proficiency in
  Lean Six Sigma
  ,
  shared service center implementation
  , and
  support function transformation.
• Fluency in Swedish and English
  (both written and spoken).
• A
  business mindset, strong analytical skills, team spirit,
  and the ambition to thrive in a
  challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
  such as Excel and PowerPoint to support daily business activities.
• Comfortable working in an
  international environment
  with a
  willingness to travel
  for client assignments both locally and abroad.
