We are expanding our global e-commerce solutions offering and are looking for a consultant who will help grocery retailers implement and optimize online fulfillment strategies. This role is tailored for a candidate with deep grocery retail experience and a passion for international collaboration.

How You Will Make an Impact

As a Global E-Commerce Solutions Consultant, you will leverage your experience in grocery retail operations and technology to guide retailers through successful adoption of StrongPoint's e-commerce solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their processes, design optimal workflows, and ensure smooth implementation across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with grocery retailers globally to implement StrongPoint's e-commerce and order picking solutions
  • Provide expert advice on store processes and operational best practices
  • Lead solution design workshops and training sessions for retailer teams
  • Support international rollouts and ensure successful adoption of technology
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, leveraging your experience in central operations and store management
  • Travel internationally to support projects and build strong client relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in grocery retail, including central office and/or store-level roles
  • Strong understanding of store processes and operational workflows
  • Hands-on experience with order picking software and e-commerce fulfillment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work across cultures
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
