OT Security, Cloud, and/or AI Professionals to join our Cyber team

Deloitte's Cyber team is growing, and we are seeking seniors and managers passionate about securing the next generation of interconnected systems. We are looking for professionals who have general knowledge about security principles and specialized experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security, Cloud Security, or Artificial Intelligence (AI). This is a unique opportunity to help leading organizations protect their most critical assets and infrastructure essential to sustain and grow the business.

As a Cyber professional specializing in this area, you will be part of a team that designs and implements security strategies for a complex landscape. You will work on projects that involve:

• OT Security: Securing industrial control systems, SCADA environments, and other critical infrastructure against a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
• AI for Cyber: Leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance threat detection, automate incident response, build intelligent security platforms, and helping organizations manage various risks associated with the increasing use of AI.
• Cloud Security: Advising on the secure governance and resiliency in the operation of OT and IT systems in the cloud, including securing data pipelines and cloud-native applications.

We will offer you a stimulating environment to continue learning and developing your skills, both on projects and through internal training. You will have opportunities to gain certifications in leading cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), OT security frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-82, IEC 62443), and AI/ML technologies.

You will work in a team helping clients set the tone and direction for their cybersecurity transformation. You will assist them in navigating the complexities of integrating IT and OT, adopting cloud-native security, and using innovative AI-driven solutions to build a more resilient security posture. You will also have opportunities to work on other types of security-related advisory projects such as but not limited to security site assessments, cyber maturity assessments, or cyber-driven regulatory reviews i.e. GDPR, DORA, NIST, or COBIT.

At Deloitte, you will be part of a wider global network of highly skilled cyber professionals, collaborating on advisory projects with experts from across our network.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• You live and work in Sweden.
• 4+ (seniors) or 7+ (managers) years of relevant work experience in cyber security.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, business management, or a related discipline, and/or relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid experience and strong interest in at least one of the following:
  • Operational Technology (OT) security principles and technologies.
  • AI/Machine Learning for security, governance, or data analysis.
  • Cloud security on major platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Have previous consulting and advisory, project delivery and sales experience working with various clients both with business and IT stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English and strong communication skills.
