What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years' experience in management consulting within the financial services sector (banking and/or insurance)
- Proven track record of driving and delivering strategy and transformation initiatives in financial services
- Experience leading client engagements—as either project lead or stream lead
- Full professional fluency in Swedish and English
- Relevant university degree, preferably in business or engineering
