Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the 
    product strategy and roadmap
     with a strong focus on the 
    iGaming industry
    , ensuring alignment with company goals and market dynamics.
  • Lead and mentor the 
    product management team
     in planning, developing, and launching innovative iGaming products, as well as enhancing existing titles.
  • Foster a 
    culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making
    , encouraging the creation of engaging, compliant, and high-performing gaming experiences that resonate with target players.
  • Collaborate closely with 
    C-level executives
     to ensure product strategies are fully integrated with marketing, technology, and business growth initiatives.
  • Conduct deep 
    market and competitor analysis
     within the global iGaming ecosystem to anticipate trends, player behavior, and regulatory changes.
  • Oversee the 
    entire product lifecycle
     — from ideation to post-launch optimization — ensuring each product meets performance, retention, and revenue goals.
  • Engage actively with 
    players, partners, and internal stakeholders
     to gather insights that drive continuous product improvement and market differentiation.
  • Establish and monitor 
    KPIs and success metrics
     for the product organization, ensuring objectives are consistently achieved.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a 
    CPO, VP of Product, or Head of Product
     within the 
    iGaming, online gaming.
  • Demonstrated ability to 
    define and drive product vision and strategy
     in a competitive, fast-paced gaming environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret player data, market performance, and user behavior to guide strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams and influencing at the executive level.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in 
    Business, Marketing, Game Design, or related fields
    . Advanced certifications in Product Management or Game Product Leadership are a plus.
