Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead the product management team in the planning, development, and execution of new products and enhancements to existing products.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the development of market-leading products that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other C-level executives to integrate product strategies with company-wide initiatives, including marketing, sales, and technology.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights in product development.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring products achieve planned goals.
  • Engage with customers and key stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product offerings.
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product team, monitoring performance to ensure targets are met.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CPO or in a similar senior product management role, preferably within the gaming, i-gaming, or fin-tech sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a product team and drive product strategy in a competitive market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and persuade stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in product management are highly advantageous.
