As
Customer Success Manager
, your mission is to establish and maintain profitable, long-term relationships with NCS clients in the Interior and Exterior design segment. You will collaborate closely with the NCS+ team, the flagship solution within the NCS digital suite, and engage with both license and physical products.

The position encompasses the full customer journey: from identifying new leads and presenting tailored NCS solutions, to driving cross- and up-selling opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships. Your contribution will be central to enhancing customer satisfaction and expanding NCS's presence in the design market.

We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and results-oriented professional who excels at navigating client organizations, building strategic relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate combines openness and drive with the ability to deliver measurable impact.

This role is based at our Stockholm office and reports directly to the Head of Area Sales.

Key responsibilities
:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution and onboarding
  • Drive customer onboarding and identified growth opportunities in existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers
  • Strengthen customer loyalty through proactive engagement and satisfaction initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver great customer experience
  • Continually expand sales and product knowledge
  • Optimize onboarding and upselling processes
  • Secure high renewal rates through value-driven customer communication

Your background
:

  • 3+ years of proven success in sales and customer relationship management
  • Strong C-level/Executive communication skills; clear, structured, and adapt to diverse audiences
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or related fields
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of driving renewals and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Skilled in prospecting, new account development, and growth strategies
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and influencing abilities
  • Demonstrated capability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborative and customer-focused, adept at fostering trust with both clients and cross-functional teams
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented professional
  • Experience working with SMEs and large enterprises is an advantage
  • Fluent in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus
