At Storykit, we believe great content should never go unseen. Too many overworked teams create brilliant blog posts, customer stories, and reports, only to post them once and watch them disappear. Our AI-powered text-to-video platform changes that—automatically transforming written content into multiple short, scroll-stopping videos for LinkedIn and beyond. We keep brands visible, relevant, and impossible to ignore.
Now, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager who's passionate about helping marketing and communications teams supercharge the distribution of their content by transforming it into video. This is a high-impact role where you'll guide ambitious organizations to achieve real business outcomes with Storykit.
What makes this role special
This isn't a customer support role. You won't just advise and guide customers on how to use our platform—you'll act as a strategic advisor, helping clients optimize their content plans, integrate Storykit into their workflows, and set up their accounts for automation. Your goal: to ensure we don't just deliver a platform, but real, measurable business value.
You'll also work closely with our Key Account Managers to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within your accounts.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of large and enterprise customers—driving successful onboarding, activation, and long-term retention.
- Configure and optimize accounts for automation and scalable workflows to deliver measurable business value.
- Act as a strategic advisor, helping customers align Storykit with their communication and business goals.
- Translate customer objectives into actionable strategies that drive adoption and results.
- Champion best practices in video communication and guide customers in building effective content plans.
- Partner with Key Account Managers to identify and support upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey and share actionable insights.
- Track account health, address risks early, and lead renewals to maintain strong retention.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in a strategic, consultative customer-facing role (Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management).
- Proven success in managing and growing large and enterprise accounts through onboarding, activation, and renewals.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, social media, or internal communication, and how they connect to business impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, comfortable leading executive discussions.
- Highly organized, with strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
- Commercial mindset with a proactive, value-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM and CS tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus (primarily French, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Danish)
