We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team in either Gothenburg or Stockholm. In this role, you will work with customers within the public sector and manage a broad spectrum of customer relationships.

As Customer Success Manager, you will focus on both our customers and our platform. You will be the main point of contact for both small and large customers and take overall responsibility for their use of Stratsys as well as for their growth together with us. This role is about combining platform knowledge with relationship building, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working directly with our platform, being close to customers and identifying new opportunities. You drive growth by capturing needs and developing collaborations. A data-driven approach helps you find ways to improve and create strategic solutions that deliver real value to our customers.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Success Manager at Stratsys, you will play a key role in our growth journey. You will guide customers within the public sector from adoption to expansion, ensuring their success while driving new business opportunities. Working closely with Project Managers and Sales Specialists, you'll ensure clients fully utilize the platform, strengthening loyalty and opening doors for further sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build long-term customer relationships based on trust, engagement and clear results – in collaboration with both senior decision-makers and operational teams.
  • Ensure that customers achieve their goals and gain full value from our platform by identifying needs and turning them into business opportunities.
  • Drive customer dialogues such as check-ins, strategy meetings and product demos, as well as support with platform adjustments and improvements.
  • Advise customers, increase awareness and interest in our products and develop the product knowledge that makes you a trusted advisor.
  • Take sales responsibility together with Sales Specialists by proactively managing sales activities, achieving revenue targets and creating new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage your own budget with clear sales and growth targets, including negotiations, renewals and procurement agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze product usage to identify growth opportunities, optimize utilization and drive increased use of the Stratsys platform.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Information Systems.
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a Customer Success Manager within SaaS or tech.
  • Strong interest in systems and digitization with experience in handling and learning new systems.
  • Fluent in Swedish with excellent English skills

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience from the public sector or large/complex organizations with an understanding of business planning or quality processes.
  • Prior involvement in public procurement and procurement processes
