The Role

ATP Atelier is looking for a Global Brand Manager to own, lead and actively drive how the brand is expressed, communicated and positioned globally.

This is a key role at the heart of the company, working closely with the Creative Director/CEO to translate brand vision and creative direction into clear, relevant and consistent brand communication. While the overall creative vision is defined by the Creative Director, the Global Brand Manager is responsible for how that vision is interpreted, prioritised and executed across channels.

The role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on execution. You are expected to set direction, make brand judgments and actively drive projects forward – from planning and coordination to delivery – ensuring that brand initiatives are not only well defined, but actually executed with quality and pace.

You will lead brand, content and communications across social media, campaigns, PR, community, events, collaborations, CRM and retail touchpoints. Parts of content creation may be executed by external partners, but responsibility for brand direction, narrative coherence, tone of voice and quality always sits with this role.

The in-house team consists of an Art Director, and you will collaborate closely with external creatives and partners when relevant. This role requires strong personal taste, cultural awareness and the ability to make thoughtful, confident decisions in line with ATP Atelier's positioning as a contemporary, smart luxury brand.

An international mindset and a solid understanding of the global fashion and lifestyle industry are essential.

Responsibilities
Brand & Positioning
  • Drive the realisation of ATP Atelier's brand DNA across all channels in close collaboration with the Creative Director
  • Own the overall brand expression and positioning, ensuring clarity, consistency and cultural relevance
  • Ensure long-term consistency and recognizability in how the brand is expressed visually and verbally across touchpoints
  • Act as the brand's editor by safeguarding tone of voice, visual expression and narrative coherence
  • Translate brand strategy and creative direction into clear priorities, concrete plans and executed initiatives
  • Actively prioritise and decline initiatives that do not strengthen the brand's long-term equity
  • Set, track and follow up brand KPIs together with CEO and management
Content, Campaigns & Communication
  • Own and lead the global content and communication calendar

Define content direction, formats and priorities in line with brand positioning, and actively drive execution from brief to delivery
- Lead and coordinate content production across in-house and external partners

Drive campaign planning and execution together with Creative Director and Art Director
- Ensure all communication strengthens ATP Atelier's aspirational signal

Social Media & Community
  • Own the social media strategy and overall channel direction

Build, manage and grow a global ATP Atelier community aligned with the brand's values and aesthetic
- Ensure a strong, coherent and culturally relevant presence across platforms

Brand Collaborations
  • Drive the execution of brand collaborations in close collaboration with the Creative Director
  • Coordinate collaboration projects from concept to delivery across content, PR, social and events
  • Ensure collaborations reinforce ATP Atelier's positioning and cultural credibility
PR & Events
PR & Events
  • Execute and develop the PR strategy
  • Plan and deliver brand events, launches and activations
  • Secure brand presence in relevant editorial and cultural contexts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align the seasonal commercial calendar in close collaboration with the E-commerce Manager
  • Support the E-commerce Manager with brand-aligned assets, storytelling and website content
  • Collaborate closely with Wholesale to ensure a consistent and elevated brand expression across wholesale touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Retail on flagship store brand experience and VM together with Store Manager
  • Work closely with Design and Buying to ensure a cohesive brand narrative across collections
Qualifications
  • 4–7 years' experience in brand, content or communications roles within fashion, lifestyle or luxury
  • Strong cultural awareness and contemporary luxury judgment
  • Solid understanding of the international fashion and lifestyle landscape
  • Experience owning brand expression while actively driving execution, both independently and with partners
  • Confidence in making editorial, creative and prioritisation decisions
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial understanding
  • Structured, proactive and comfortable taking full ownership in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
