Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a Key Account Manager Retail to manage Goodyear's largest retail and wholesale customers in Sweden. You will represent Goodyear in all matters towards customers in the Retail channel, build strong relationships, and drive all upselling opportunities. You will play a key role in developing our strategic partnerships through the "Connected Business Model," maximizing net sales and gross profit for both Goodyear and our customers. The goal is to make it easier for Swedish consumers to buy Goodyear premium products.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver creative solutions and find better ways of doing things.
  • Take overall responsibility for account management, from setting business targets to negotiating line listings and promotional activities.
  • Initiate category management projects, handle the account budget, and develop relationships within the account.
  • Follow structured annual account plans, track milestones, and deliver agreed sales results by channel.
  • Develop account sales strategies, set priorities, and ensure standards/targets are delivered in the market.
  • Maintain deep insight into local market requirements and trends, continuously evaluating customer needs.

What You'll Bring

  • 5–10 years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of developing larger customers in net sales and gross profit.
  • Team player with cross-functional skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in Key Account Management.
  • Relevant business school education.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of implementing customer plans (strategy and tactics).
  • Strong basic economic understanding.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (written and verbal).
  • Confident computer user with CRM experience.
  • Driving license.

  • Genuine interest in building great business relationships.
  • Willingness to travel; ideally based in or near Stockholm.
