We are innovative, unconventional, and refreshingly rebellious. We love to set trends, shake up markets, and inspire change. Now we're looking for a Key Account Manager - Nordic Accounts & New Business to join our Sales Team in Stockholm and help drive our growth journey.
The Role
As Key Account Manager, you'll play a central role in shaping Sodastream's commercial success in the Nordic market. You'll own key customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and execute strategies that deliver results.
You'll work closely with our Nordic Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager Norway & Nordic Accounts. With strong support from the wider organization, you'll have the freedom and responsibility to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement commercial strategies in alignment with your manager.
- Create and execute account plans for existing and future Nordic customers across diverse channels: food retail, electronics, DIY, B2B, quick commerce, and more.
- Manage and grow strong partnerships with your dedicated customer portfolio.
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure win-win outcomes.
- Analyze sales data and deliver clear insights to drive performance.
- Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for your accounts.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Education: Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2-3 years in account management, ideally with Nordic (especially Norwegian) customers.
- Languages: Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Skills: Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint; financial/accounting experience is a plus.
