We're looking for a
Global Key Account Manager
to join our Travel Retail team, responsible for developing and executing both long-term customer strategies and short-term business plans. In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving budgeted sales and profitability targets for your customers, while driving new launches, optimizing the product portfolio, and executing consumer activity plans. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for building long-term, profitable brand growth. As Key Account Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding Lumene Group's Travel Retail business globally.
This is a full-time role located at our Espoo, Kauklahti headquarters or at our Stockholm office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a long-term customer strategy.
- Drive the growth of the Travel Retail business, with a focus on pitching to new customers.
- Build, implement, and follow up on customer-specific business plans.
- Manage and optimize the brand portfolio.
- Monitor and report customer performance, including customer P&L.
- Track customer sell-out performance and related actions.
- Provide sales forecasts for new launches and the basic portfolio.
You will need for succeeding
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Account Management or another commercial role.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and follow through on customer strategies.
- You value long-term customer relationships and are a natural networker.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Swedish is an advantage.
- An analytical mindset and structured working habits, with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
- Experience working in a multicultural matrix organization.
- You hold a degree in business or other relevant field.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
