Integration / Business Analyst

Digital Retail Integration Platform | Hybrid (2–3 days onsite) in Malmö

We are looking for an
Integration / Business Analyst
to join a modern Integration Platform team supporting digital retail operations. The platform ensures stable and reliable integrations between core systems and surrounding business applications. In this role, you will help shape the integration approach and support the platform's ongoing development using modern integration practices.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, bring structure to complex topics, and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders. The assignment requires
onsite work 2–3 days per week
.

Your Responsibilities

  • Gather and refine business and integration requirements
  • Translate needs into clear specifications for development teams
  • Map, analyze, and improve business and integration processes
  • Lead workshops and requirement discussions with stakeholders
  • Work closely with Product Owners and developers in an Agile setup
  • Support backlog clarity and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in
    requirements gathering and specification writing
  • Strong skills in
    process mapping and business analysis
  • Excellent
    stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation
  • Good understanding of
    Agile ways of working
  • Fluent in English
    (spoken and written)
