About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Business Central Consultant
with strong financial expertise and fluency in Swedish to support our continued digital transformation within the pharmaceutical sector. In this role, you will work closely with finance, supply chain, and compliance teams to optimize our Business Central environment, ensuring seamless integration with industry-specific processes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
    , with a focus on finance modules.
  • Collaborate with Swedish-speaking finance stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Support end-to-end financial workflows including general ledger, AP/AR, budgeting, cost accounting, and fixed assets.
  • Ensure all configurations and workflows adhere to pharmaceutical industry standards, documentation protocols, and GxP compliance.
  • Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate Business Central with LIMS, ERP add-ons, and other pharmaceutical systems.
  • Deliver user training, create supporting documentation, and serve as a subject-matter expert for finance-related system inquiries.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, upgrades, testing cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP landscape.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in
    Swedish
    (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Central or NAV Consultant, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong background in
    finance processes
    and accounting principles.
  • Experience working within the
    pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
    is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with GxP, SOX compliance, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable ERP configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder-management abilities.
