We Are Hiring: Integration / Business Analyst – Malmö (Hybrid)

Location: Malmö – Onsite 3 days per week (Hybrid Work Model)

Visa: No sponsorship available – must already have valid work permit

Experience: Must have previous Sweden work experience

Local candidates in Malmö preferred

We are looking for a proactive and structured Integration/Business Analyst to support and enhance a modern integration landscape across digital, retail, and enterprise systems. In this role, you will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and development teams — bringing clarity, driving improvements, and ensuring smooth data and process flows across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·       Requirements Gathering & Analysis

·       Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to understand integration needs

·       Capture, document, and validate detailed requirements

·       Translate business goals into actionable user stories & acceptance criteria

·       Process Mapping & Optimization

·       Map and analyze current integration flows

·       Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

·       Document end-to-end workflows for development & operations

·       Create clear, structured process documentation

·       Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

·       Act as a bridge between business, Product Owners, and tech teams

·       Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions & demos

·       Communicate progress, decisions, and changes effectively

·       Data-Driven Insights

·       Use data, user feedback, and KPIs to evaluate performance

·       Recommend improvements based on insights and trends

·       Agile Collaboration & Delivery Support

·       Participate in Agile ceremonies (Planning, Reviews, Retros, Standups)

·       Support backlog refinement and requirement clarification

·       Maintain traceability of changes and alignment with goals

What We're Looking For

·       Experience as Integration Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role

·       Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows & digital process design

·       Ability to coordinate or lead integration-related initiatives

·       Experience working in Agile/Scrum

·       Strong communication, analytical mindset & ability to bring clarity in complex environments

·       Valid work permit in Sweden (no sponsorship)

·       Previous Sweden work experience

·       Malmö-based candidates strongly preferred
