Om Oxyma

Oxyma Innovation är en mindre konsultfirma belägen på Sankt Eriksgatan i Stockholm. Vi fokuserar på att hjälpa våra kunder med produktutveckling, främst under vår ledning från vårt kontor men även på plats hos våra kunder. Vi är idag cirka 30 medarbetare och tror att våra nära samarbeten gynnas av ett mindre format – vi växer sakta men säkert med målet att aldrig bli fler än 75 personer.

Om rollen

Som projektledare på Oxyma blir du en del av ett fantastiskt team av produktutvecklare Du leder projekt från idé till färdig produkt, ofta i helhetsåtaganden där vi ansvarar för hela utvecklingsresan. Rollen innebär att planera, koordinera och driva projekt inom produktutveckling, där fokus ligger på mekanikkonstruktion men där du också får arbeta nära kollegor inom elektronik- och mjukvaruutveckling.

Du kommer ha en central roll i kontakten med våra kunder, där du säkerställer att projekt levereras med hög kvalitet, på utsatt tid och med affärsmässigt hållbara lösningar.

Om dig

Vi tror att du är en naturlig ledare som drivs av att se idéer växa till färdiga produkter. Du trivs med att ha överblick men är samtidigt inte rädd för att dyka ner i detaljerna när det behövs. Rollen kräver en kommunikativ och strukturerad person med en stark problemlösningsförmåga och en genuin nyfikenhet på teknik och innovation.

Du har lätt för att bygga förtroende, både internt och externt, och är van vid att arbeta i nära samarbete med olika kompetenser. Vi ser gärna att du har en bakgrund inom produktutveckling och mekanikkonstruktion, med förståelse för elektronik- och mjukvaruutveckling som en stark merit.

Du har

  • Examen som civil- eller högskoleingenjör inom maskinteknik, teknisk design eller motsvarande
  • Minst 6 års erfarenhet av produktutveckling
  • Några års erfarenhet av projektledning inom produktutveckling
  • God förståelse för mekanikkonstruktion, gärna med insikt i elektronik- och mjukvaruutveckling
  • Goda svenska och engelska språkkunskaper i tal och skrift
  • En prestigelös, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad inställning
