About the role 

We're looking for a Project Manager who will lead customer projects end-to-end – from onboarding new customers to running their recurring pulse and annual surveys. 

In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering successful survey and onboarding projects, ensuring customers get value from Winningtemp from day one and throughout the entire customer lifecycle. 

You will manage multiple customer projects in parallel, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and make sure timelines, dependencies, and deliverables stay on track. 

You'll be part of our Advisory & Delivery team, working closely with integration specialists, technical support, and Customer Success, to deliver a world-class customer experience. 

This is a role for someone who thrives in a structured, customer-facing environment, enjoys leading complex projects, and understands employee or experience-based surveys. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer projects from onboarding to ongoing survey delivery (pulse and annual cycles) 

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and implementation workflows 

• Run customer meetings and guide customers through set-up, configuration, survey methodology, and best practices 

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Technical Support and Integrations 

• Ensure survey launches, communication plans, integrations and reporting are delivered on time 

• Act as the primary project lead for customers – driving clarity, communication and risk management 

• Analyse customer feedback and internal insights to continuously improve delivery processes 

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data handling requirements in all projects 

Qualifications & Experience 

• 3–5 years' experience in project management, delivery or onboarding, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, research or survey-based services 

• Experience working with employee surveys, research projects, EX/CX surveys, or similar measurement methodologies 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 

• Structured, proactive and confident leading multiple parallel projects 

• Familiar with project tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello or MS Project, and CRM systems like Hubspot

• Comfortable working with technical concepts, integrations and data flows

• Fluent in English and Swedish
