About the Role

We are looking for a
Project Manager
to join our head office in Stockholm. In this role you will plan, execute and deliver the design for our modular facility projects, both in Sweden and internationally.
The role includes managing multidisciplinary teams and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality specifications.

Our clients are primarily within the pharmaceutical, biotech and FMCG industries, and the projects typically involve complex facilities with stringent requirements for quality, safety, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead projects from contract to final delivery

· Plan and monitor scope, cost, schedule, and resources

· Coordinate engineering disciplines and external suppliers

· Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory requirements

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

· Degree in Engineering, Construction, Industrial Design, or equivalent technical field

· Documented experience from large industrial or process-industry projects

· Strong project management skills (time, cost, quality)

· Structured, solution-oriented, and confident in a client-facing role

· Fluent in English & Swedish is mandatory (additional languages are an advantage)
