Your role in our team
As Business Manager External Brands, you lead the way in driving profitable growth within our beauty and cosmetics business area. You inspire and guide a team of Buyers and Assistant Buyers, helping them reach ambitious goals while keeping a close eye on customer behaviour, competitor activity, and market trends to ensure we stay ahead.
Together with your team, you optimise our current offer while identifying new opportunities that strengthen our position and drive long-term growth. You also play a key role in shaping the strategy and direction of the business area, always in line with our brand strategy. An important part of your responsibility is building strong partnerships with external brands and taking ownership of all supplier agreements within your business area.

You will explore new business opportunities across products and offerings, always with a global outlook. You will also lead joint campaigns and initiatives together with external brand partners and take ownership of business plans and execution by bringing the right people together to deliver strong results. In addition, you will manage collaboration across departments, aligning perspectives and priorities to reach the best decisions for the business. Throughout, you stay focused on what truly drives impact – from setting priorities to achieving measurable outcomes.

We also believe the following describes you:
- Fluent in English
- Academic degree in textile, economics or similar (minimum two years)
- Extensive experience with external brands
- At least 5 years' experience with Beauty and Cosmetics
- Proven leadership experience
- Experience in establishing supplier agreements
- Strong digital and analytical skills
- Experience in defining and following up on performance measurements
