Company Description

Swedish Brain AB is an online education company that helps international professionals learn Swedish and successfully relocate to Sweden. Most of our students are healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, who need to meet Socialstyrelsen's medical licensing requirements, such as achieving C1 Swedish (CEFR), mastering Medical Swedish, and preparing for OSCE examinations. Our mission is to provide effective, high-quality education that leads to real professional integration in Sweden.

Role Description

Swedish Brain AB is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and strengthen our digital presence.

The role involves strategic planning, execution, and long-term marketing development focused on generating qualified leads and increasing course enrollments.

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee a remote team consisting of a Content Writer, Designer, Page Admin, SEO Specialist, and Web Developer, ensuring coordinated workflows, clear communication, and timely delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across social media, YouTube, email marketing, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with companies, influencers, and external partners to expand visibility and brand authority.
  • Approve and supervise content calendars, visuals, and communication plans.
  • Coordinate team performance through structured weekly online sessions.
  • Track analytics and prepare professional weekly reports with performance insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, social media management, and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing a small remote digital marketing team.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with a strategic approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in education or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
