What You Will Do
The Enterprise Architecture team is dedicated to supporting Buses business development and transformation, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. Our approach leverages business architecture as a driver of growth and transformation, prioritizing impactful change over governance and control.

In this role you will guide organizations through digital transformations, helping teams and stakeholders understand, embrace, and act on the need for change. By applying a mix of management consulting and business architecture, you will be instrumental in shaping digital solutions that move the business forward. Your work will involve close collaboration with leaders and subject matter experts, ensuring that every change delivers both value and lasting impact.

• Drive development and transformation through creative and strategic business design
• Apply a hypothesis-oriented mindset to organizational challenges
• Collaborate with management and business experts to implement new offerings and ways of working
• Lead transformations from conception to execution, ensuring sustainable change
• Prioritize development and innovation over governance and control
