Your Role at Ascom

As our new ICT Solution Architect, you will lead the design and evolution of resilient software platforms that support and enhance our global business operations. Your primary focus will be on Marketing and Commercial Excellence, with a secondary emphasis on HR systems, particularly those built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). The knowledge of HR process and related architectural domain can be built over time. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Your Impact

You will:

  • Architect and modernize legacy systems to support business operations
  • Translate business needs into scalable, future-proof architectures
  • Guide development teams to deliver high-quality, testable code and solutions
  • Contribute to the ICT architectural board and collaborate with application enterprise architect

Your Expertise

We're looking for someone with deep experience in Marketing and Commercial Excellence:

  • E-commerce platforms and integrations
  • Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems
  • Customer engagement solutions
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and Marketing
  • SharePoint

And ideally, you also bring or are willing to grow experience in HR:

  • D HR modules
  • HR processes and data flows

  • Technically strong with a strategic mindset
  • Comfortable working on short-, mid-, and long-term solutions simultaneously
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • A believer in automation and self-service as pillars of efficient architecture
