ICT Solution Architect – Marketing and Sales

Location: Göteborg, Sweden or Cluj, Romania

About the Role

Join us as an ICT Solution Architect and take the lead in designing and evolving resilient software platforms that power our global business operations. Your primary focus will be Marketing and Sales, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

You'll work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure our architecture drives business growth, customer engagement, and digital transformation.

Your Impact

· Modernize and architect legacy systems to support business operations

· Translate business needs into scalable, future-proof architectures

· Guide development teams to deliver high-quality, testable solutions

· Contribute to the ICT architectural board and collaborate with the enterprise architect

Core Expertise Required

Marketing & Sales:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing:

· Design and optimize customer journeys, automated campaigns, and lead management workflows

· Integrate Marketing with Sales, Power Platform, and external tools (email marketing, analytics)

· Plan campaigns, segment audiences, and deliver personalized outreach

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales:

· Full understanding of the lead-to-order process: engaging prospects, managing opportunities, creating quotes, and converting to orders

· Configure and optimize Sales modules for forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance analytics

· Integrate D365 Sales with Finance & Operations, CPQ systems, and e-commerce platforms

· Knowledge of sales cycles, customer engagement strategies, and pricing models

· Awareness of D365 licensing models and governance best practices

Additional Technical Skills:

· Strong understanding of Dataverse, data flows, and integration patterns with ERP, CRM, and third-party apps

· Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for automation and reporting

· Ability to design secure, scalable architectures aligned with business goals

· Knowledge of Azure services for hosting, security, and CI/CD pipelines

· Expertise in data privacy and regulatory compliance

· Experience with SharePoint for collaboration and content management
