A creative and curious problem-solver with a strong interest in both written and visual content creation, you take initiative, adapt quickly, and love exploring new ideas. Seeing the bigger picture comes naturally, and you're energized by the challenge of navigating complex organizations and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Most of all, you are driven by a passion for continuous development. You see change as an opportunity, approach challenges with curiosity, and embrace the consultant role as a way to grow through diverse assignments.
Requirements
- 3–6 years' experience in communication, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Comfortable working with both written and visual communication.
- Relevant degree in media, communication, or data and digital design.
- Fluency in Swedish is required, and you should be comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable working across multiple digital channels and formats.
- Technically curious — explores AI tools, code, and complex platforms.
- Hands-on mindset, where you learn by doing and aren't afraid to test new approaches.
- Strong interpersonal skills — you're confident collaborating, communicating, and adapting to people around you.
- Commercial mindset — understands how content supports business goals.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments and client contexts.
- Curious about consulting and growing through varied projects.
In your assignments, you can expect to:
- Plan and produce visual and written content for digital channels.
- Develop concepts, layouts, and design materials based on brand and strategy.
- Explore how AI and new tools can enhance your design process and digital communication.
- Adapt fast, learn continuously, and share your thinking with others.
- Navigate and thrive in fast-changing environments and projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues, cross-functional teams and clients.
