You're comfortable navigating both strategic discussions and operational delivery, and you know how to inspire trust, internally and externally.

You're fluent in Swedish and English, and you thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client advisory, or similar roles within communication, digital, or consulting.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow client accounts, with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Experience leading and delivering communication projects, both independently and as part of a team, on-site and remotely.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, methods, and data-driven approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for sharing knowledge and building strong teams.
  • Experience working as a consultant is a plus.
