You can guide complex projects while staying curious about emerging technologies and new ways of working. You're comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and equally at ease coaching junior colleagues or diving deep into the work yourself.

Maybe you're a true expert in one field – UX writing, content strategy, or production leadership – each rooted in content thinking, while staying curious and engaged across other areas. Your expertise spans traditional and digital channels, and you understand how content creation meets data insights and emerging tools. You see technology as a complement to human creativity – a powerful tool that amplifies results and creative execution.

Most importantly, you're driven by real impact. You measure success by the genuine value you create for clients and the growth you help spark in your colleagues. You're collaborative and down-to-earth – ready to dive in wherever needed to get things done, whether that's at our office or working closely with clients on-site.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, digital communication, or strategic consulting, with proven hands-on expertise
• Track record of mastering content projects and driving measurable business outcomes
• Deep expertise in at least one area (UX writing, content strategy, production leadership) with curiosity across others
• Experience coaching colleagues and helping develop talent through collaboration
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable with senior stakeholders
• Fluency in Swedish and English, with exceptional communication skills
• Technical curiosity and hands-on experience with digital tools and methods
• Consulting experience preferred, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Commercial understanding and focus on practical business impact
• Comfortable working closely with clients, including on-site collaboration
  

In your assignments, you can expect to:

• Guide hands-on content initiatives for our most complex client engagements
• Work closely with clients, often as an integrated part of their team
• Develop practical methodologies and frameworks that deliver real results
• Coach and help develop junior consultants through collaborative work
• Drive thought leadership initiatives, representing Curious Mind at industry events
• Collaborate to shape our service offerings and scale our impact
• Pioneer the practical integration of emerging technologies into content work
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
• Support cross-functional teams and get hands-on with execution when needed
