You're a creative and curious problem-solver who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and enjoys exploring new ideas. You see the bigger picture and are excited by the challenge of navigating complex organizations and engaging with multiple stakeholders.

Your technical curiosity adds an extra dimension to your communication, as you naturally integrate technology into your work. You are always on the lookout for new and smarter ways to work, enjoy exploring new digital tools, and experimenting with AI.

Most of all, you are driven by a passion for continuous development. You see change as an opportunity, approach challenges with curiosity, and embrace the consultant role as a way to grow through diverse assignments.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years' experience in communication, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Comfortable working with both written and visual communication.
  • Relevant education in media, communication, or data and digital design.
  • Fluency in Swedish is required, and you should be comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable working across multiple digital channels and formats.
  • Technically curious – explores AI tools, code, and complex platforms.
  • Hands-on mindset, where you learn by doing and aren't afraid to test new approaches.
  • Curious about consulting and growing through varied projects.

In your assignments, you can expect to:

  • Plan and produce visual and written content for digital channels.
  • Work hands-on with writing, formatting, and production tools.
  • Use and apply AI and new tools in real communication tasks – from content creation to automation.
  • Adapt fast, learn continuously, and share your thinking with others.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, cross-functional teams and clients.
