Requirements
- 2–5 years' experience in communication, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Comfortable working with both written and visual communication.
- Relevant education in media, communication, or data and digital design.
- Fluency in Swedish is required, and you should be comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable working across multiple digital channels and formats.
- Technically curious – explores AI tools, code, and complex platforms.
- Hands-on mindset, where you learn by doing and aren't afraid to test new approaches.
- Curious about consulting and growing through varied projects.
In your assignments, you can expect to:
- Plan and produce visual and written content for digital channels.
- Work hands-on with writing, formatting, and production tools.
- Use and apply AI and new tools in real communication tasks – from content creation to automation.
- Adapt fast, learn continuously, and share your thinking with others.
- Collaborate with colleagues, cross-functional teams and clients.
