About the role
Agenthuset Nordic is looking for a Community & Content Manager to join our team in Stockholm. This role sits at the heart of one of the agency´s largest client accounts, a global technology company, supporting a long-term partnership focused on digital training and engagement.
You will work with a digital community platform customized by our agency, designed to educate, inspire, and connect retail staff across Nordics & Benelux. The platform combines training, entertainment, and relationship-building - creating a space where learning feels engaging, personal, and fun.
In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping and managing content on the platform, working closely with and supporting our Client Lead, Community Lead, and in-house video team. You'll help turn ideas, training sessions, and concepts into memorable digital experiences that people actually want to engage with.
What you'll do
- Plan, create, and manage content for a digital community and training platform
- Help structure and plan digital trainings, content calendars, and recurring initiatives
- Create engaging posts, visual assets, short-form videos, and clips from longer training sessions
- Collaborate closely with the Community Lead to develop new formats, concepts, and ways of activating the community
- Work hands-on with our video team and spend time in our studio creating content, both behind and infront of the camera
- Ensure the platform stays updated, relevant, and engaging over time
- Contribute with ideas that make learning more interactive, social, and fun
Who you'll work with
You'll be a key part of a close-knit team consisting of:
- A Client Lead responsible for one of the agency's largest accounts
- A Community Lead focused on engagement and dialogue within the platform
- Our in-house video team and creative specialists
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a someone who enjoys structure, digital creation, and collaboration. You're comfortable taking ideas from planning to execution and enjoy keeping platforms and your workflow organized, active, and relevant. Someone with the right mindset, attitude and a can/will-do mentality who has a willingness to learn and be part of something new.
You don't have to have years of work experience. This is somewhat of a "junior" role with the ambition to grow into something bigger in the long run. So if you feel excited about being part of, build and shape something new. Apply
Skills & experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar tools
- Experience creating digital content (visuals, video, community or social content)
- Fluent in English
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
