Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden Lovable Full time

TL;DR - We're looking for a world-class Internal Communications Lead to own Lovable's global internal communications strategy and programming. You'll define Lovable's internal comms norms as you help our scaling organization stay informed and engaged in our ambitious mission to democratize software creation.

****This is a high-growth, high-impact role based in our Stockholm headquarters, at the heart of our company's culture. Relocation assistance may be offered ****

Why Lovable?

Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Over 2 million people worldwide already use Lovable to launch businesses, automate work, and bring their ideas to life. And we're just getting started.

We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

What we're looking for
  • Internal comms expertise in hypergrowth tech: 7+ years building and scaling internal communications at fast-growing technology companies; bonus points if you've established comms infrastructure from the ground up while maintaining hands-on content creation

  • Systems builder with extreme ownership: Demonstrated ability to create scalable communication frameworks, processes, and channels from scratch, with a bias toward action and personal accountability for outcomes

  • Executive partnership and influence: Track record of advising and coaching C-suite executives on internal messaging

  • Project management excellence: Strong operational skills to juggle multiple initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive consistent execution across time zones

  • Digital-first communication expertise: Deep fluency in Slack-heavy environments, modern collaboration tools, and AI-powered productivity platforms

  • Cross-cultural communication mastery: Exceptional ability to navigate and bridge different cultural contexts (particularly European and US), with the cultural intelligence to adapt messaging styles while preserving Lovable's direct, fast-moving Swedish roots

  • Storytelling for technical products: Ability to translate complex product developments and technical milestones into compelling narratives that inspire, with genuine curiosity about democratizing software creation

What you'll do
  • Design and launch Lovable's internal communications foundation: Build our internal comms infrastructure, including Slack governance, channel strategy, and information architecture to support our scaling global team

  • Own and elevate flagship communication moments: Transform our internal programming — like weekly kickoffs and monthly all-hands — into must-attend experiences that reinforce culture, celebrate wins, and maintain alignment on our mission to democratize software creation

  • Partner with leadership on change management: Help guide the company through our transition from single-office to globally distributed team, crafting communications that maintain cultural cohesion across Stockholm, Boston, and San Francisco

  • Create clarity on vision and strategy: Develop compelling narratives and content cadences that ensure every employee understands where Lovable is going, how we'll get there, and their role in achieving our ambitious goals

  • Establish measurement and feedback loops: Implement systems to track engagement, readership, and sentiment through surveys and analytics, using data to continuously improve how we connect with employees

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with People, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure major launches, organizational changes, and cultural initiatives are communicated effectively internally before going external

  • Build the employee content engine: Personally create and oversee production of weekly updates, monthly newsletters, executive communications, and special announcements that balance transparency with strategic discretion during our rapid growth phase

How we hire
  1. Fill in a short form then jump on an initial exploratory call.

  2. We'll send you a quick take-home presentation.

  3. Join us for a round of interviews to discuss your experience in more depth

About your application

  • Please submit your application in English. It's our company language so you'll be speaking lots of it if you join.
