About the team

The Marketing team at LumenRadio currently consists of three members: a Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator, a Marketing Manager for Lighting Control and a Marketing & Brand Director, who leads the team.

Your future

We are looking for a digitally driven Marketing Manager to play a key role in strengthening and expanding our brand presence within the Building Automation segment, while also shaping and developing LumenRadio's overall digital marketing presence.

In this dual-focus role, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution – from defining go-to-market strategies for our wireless Modbus and BACnet solutions to contributing to digital lead generation and performance marketing initiatives across all business areas.

By contributing your digital expertise and marketing automation skills, you will help support our growth, optimize campaigns, and ensure our marketing technology drives measurable results and scalability.

Your responsibilities

Within Building Automation:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and go-to-market plans to meet business goals and increase market share globally.
  • Drive advertising campaigns and product launches from initial concept development to execution, including messaging and promotional activities.
  • Create content and messaging in various formats that effectively communicates product positioning and our value to the building automation industry.
  • Lead, plan, and execute activities, campaigns, product launches, and relevant industry events.

Within Digital Marketing:

  • Be responsible for managing and developing our HubSpot across the company – ensuring automation, nurturing flows, and CRM integration are optimized for growth.
  • Manage our social media calendar and create and publish social media posts.
  • Lead paid digital campaigns (SoMe and search), SEO, and web analytics to enhance visibility, generate qualified leads, and optimize performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights, dashboards, and analyses to measure ROI and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

About you

You are digitally fluent with a strong B2B background – preferably from a technology-driven or industrial context such as building automation, IoT, or HVAC systems.

You combine strategic marketing thinking with hands-on digital execution skills and thrive in an environment where you can shape both the business area and the company's digital future.

We believe this is you:

  • Solid B2B marketing experience, ideally with a mix of digital and product marketing.
  • Strong experience in HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms).
  • Demonstrated skills in digital advertising, SEO/SEM, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with go-to-market strategies and product marketing in a technical context.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Organized and proactive, with strong communication and collaboration skills in English, both written and spoken.
