So what is the role about?
As a Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the strategic planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives for the Winningtemp platform. You will play a key role in
driving product growth
by making sure our features are clearly communicated, understood and used – based on data and customer insights.
The role sits in the cross-functional and fast-paced Growth team within the ProdTech department, and works closely with the Marketing team, and the rest of the company. As you drive strategic marketing initiatives regarding our products and its features, you consistently ensure effective communication between the product team and marketing team. Your role is pivotal in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience, ultimately driving product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. You will own various aspects of our product marketing efforts, from owning the go-to-market strategy and execution for our product launches, to conducting market research.
What will you do?
- Craft and implement a clear, customer-centric narrative that defines our product's value proposition, key features and differentiation.
- Own the go-to-market strategy for new and existing features and lead the marketing in product launches to both existing customers and prospects.
- Ensure consistent messaging across channels such as website, campaigns and social media.
- Develop marketing and sales material, including product collateral, presentations and sales tools for different stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Drive brand evolution through product launch campaigns and community-building initiatives, leveraging customer ambassadors.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, trends and opportunities for positioning and pricing.
- Use product analytics to understand user behavior and find opportunities to increase feature adoption and product usage.
- Monitor adoption and design communication that encourages customers to discover and use new or underutilized features.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing across campaigns and product messaging to optimize different parts of the funnel.
- Use feedback metrics such as NPS and CSAT to identify improvement areas and find potential customer ambassadors.
- Contribute to the Pricing and Packaging committee, responsible for the strategic packaging of Winningtemp's product offering.
- Collaborate with the Customer Advisory Board to gather feedback and strengthen relationships with key customers.
Are you the one we are looking for?
- Minimum 3 years' experience in product marketing in the B2B SaaS industry.
- You're passionate about understanding why customers love products and turning those insights into stories that drive adoption and loyalty.
- You enjoy balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
- You combine analytical thinking with strong storytelling – you let data guide you, but know how to make the story land.
- Proven experience in driving successful GTM and product launch campaigns from start to finish.
- Good understanding of feature adoption and growth metrics in a B2B SaaS context.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Heap, Userpilot, Databricks or similar).
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams.
- A curious mindset and passion in using AI in your daily habits, optimizing marketing activities and day to day work flows.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement and a customer-centric way of working.
- Native Swedish speaker and fluent in English.
