What you'll do

As
Director of Product
, you'll own product direction and play a key role in company strategy. You'll lead hands-on execution while building a high-performing product culture.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive product vision, strategy, and execution for the software platform
  • Lead and mentor the product management team
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver go-to-market success
  • Engage with customers and partners to validate needs and ensure market fit
  • Prioritize roadmap based on market signals, customer impact, and company strategy
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product performance
  • Communicate product strategy and progress to internal/external stakeholders
  • Contribute as a core member of the leadership team
  • Foster a product culture rooted in feedback, learning, and transparency

    in product management leadership
  • 3+ years
    building
    B2B SaaS products
  • 3+ years
    leading cross-functional teams
  • 2+ years
    in market & customer research
