Marketing Lead

Are you a driven and versatile marketer who enjoys turning ideas into measurable results? We're looking for a
Marketing Lead
to help shape and execute our marketing activities across the Nordic countries and Benelux, driving awareness, engagement, and business growth for our software and WMS solutions.

This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll work across the full marketing cycle — from planning and creative development to execution and analysis. You'll collaborate closely with sales, product, and digital teams to ensure our marketing initiatives connect strategy to impact.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute regional marketing activities that align with company goals and drive business results.
• Support the digital marketing agenda by leading content planning and creation (white papers, newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and thought-leadership content) and by managing and optimizing Meta and LinkedIn campaigns to strengthen our brand and generate quality leads.
• Coordinate and deliver integrated campaigns - combining digital, event, and content marketing to reach key audiences.
• Manage multiple projects and markets simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and external agencies to deliver consistent and compelling messaging.
• Organize and manage events such as conferences, webinars, and customer meetings to enhance brand presence.
• Track performance and analyze outcomes, turning insights into recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement.

Who you are

• A well-rounded marketer who understands how strategy, creativity, and execution connect to deliver results and how to turn activity into leads.
• Experienced in coordinating multiple markets or stakeholders, ideally in an international or agency environment.
• Experienced in developing and executing lead generation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively and manage diverse priorities.
• Analytical and results-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing several initiatives at once.
• Curious and eager to learn, test, and grow within a fast-moving marketing team.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Around 5 years of experience in B2B marketing — preferably within SaaS, tech, or agency settings.
• Proven experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Familiar with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and performance tracking.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Swedish is a plus
• Willingness to travel within Europe for events and marketing activities.
