About The Role
We are now looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team in Stockholm. Someone excited to design innovative tools that make complex technology easy to use. In this role, you'll focus on shaping our internal mobile tools for installers, creating intuitive and inspiring experiences that help them bring clean energy systems to life in people's homes. Our installer app supports the setup of the intelligent Aira Heat Pump, and will soon extend to solar, EV charging, and battery solutions.

In this role, you will:
- Design responsive, user-centered interfaces following UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards.
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate user flows and interactions.
- Contribute to our design system by building scalable components and style guides that ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Support and conduct usability and prototype testing, applying insights to improve the installer's experience.
- Design and refine both new features and existing app experiences, bringing variety and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and smooth handoffs.
What You Bring To The Team
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with a strong focus on app design.
- A portfolio showcasing design work on mobile apps.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience in design systems and component management.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in agile teams.
- Experience designing complex digital products, with the ability to grasp technical aspects and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
