Design The Future Of Delivery Experiences
At Ingrid, we design the platform layer that connects consumers, retailers, carriers, and partners to create seamless delivery experiences. From how merchants configure delivery options to how customers choose and track them, our tools sit at the center of a highly dynamic and distributed ecosystem.

As a product designer here, you'll work on challenges that live at the intersection of logistics, commerce, and human behavior—translating complex systems into intuitive, efficient, and scalable product experiences.

We're looking for someone who brings both strong craft and high output. Someone who doesn't just experiment with AI tools, but relies on them to expand creative range, iterate faster, and scale design work across surfaces and states.

You'll join a lean and collaborative product team—working closely with PMs, engineers, and two other designers—to shape the end-to-end product experience.

What You'll Do

  • Design intuitive product experiences across web and API surfaces—from configuration to customer-facing touchpoints
  • Own problems end-to-end: from framing and exploration to prototyping, testing, and final UI
  • Use AI-enhanced tools as a core part of your design workflow
  • Contribute to and evolve our growing design system in Figma
  • Collaborate tightly with engineers and PMs to ship with high velocity
  • Help shape Ingrid's design culture, rituals, and quality bar

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in SaaS or systems-heavy environments
  • A portfolio that shows UX depth, systems thinking, and polished visual execution
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in your workflow as a default—not a novelty
  • A self-directed, pragmatic approach with sound judgment around depth vs. speed
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
  • Bonus: experience with design systems, developer-facing products, or configuration-heavy UIs

Location & Ways of Working
This role is based in Stockholm, with a hybrid setup. While day-to-day presence at the office is not required, we value in-person collaboration and encourage regular face time with the team at our HQ.
