About the role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager who can take full operational and strategic responsibility for our Shopify-based D2C business. You ensure that our online store runs smoothly, performs well and delivers a consistent customer experience. The role involves close collaboration with sales, product and tech and will be central as we continue to scale.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of TAPSTER's Shopify store and ensure high technical and commercial performance.
  • Improve conversion rates by developing UX, refining product pages and designing targeted landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyse traffic, sales and customer behaviour to identify improvements.
  • Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing activities (paid social and paid search).
  • Set and execute our SEO initiatives to strengthen organic traffic.
  • Drive A/B testing and continuous optimisation across key customer flows.
  • Produce clear performance reporting for planning and decision-making.
  • Contribute to new digital features, integrations and tools.

About You

You are structured, analytical and comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution. You understand how to grow an online store, how users behave and how to turn insights into concrete improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of operational e-commerce experience, preferably within D2C or consumer brands.
  • Strong experience working with Shopify (themes, apps, integrations, performance).
  • Documented experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads or similar).
  • Proven ability to improve conversion rates and overall online sales performance.
  • Good understanding of CRO, UX principles and digital customer journeys.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics or Looker Studio.
  • Experience leading or developing small teams is an advantage.
  • Fluent communication in Swedish and English.
  • Meriting: CRM systems, automation tools, subscription flows.
