We are looking for a SAP Supply Chain Lead with 10+ years of experience

Requirement :

  • Business Process Lead with Strong process knowledge and experience in planning & conducting process workshops and do FIT/GAP analysis in Supply Chain
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in SAP Retail – Supply chain logistics processes (Procure to Pay, Order to cash for both retail and eCommerce flows)
  • S/4 HANA Implementation experience is required
  • Hand-On with Process modelling tools Signavio preferred, other process modelling tools
  • Experience on
  • Represent in Process Board & Solution Design authority board on critical Process GAPs / Architecture solution review and decision documentation.
  • Ensure Fit to Standard and govern clean core principles with technical architects
  • Business process design documentation and coordinate with Process owners for review & ensure Sign-off
  • Strong Knowledge on Procure to Pay & Order to cash processes – Inventory management, Handling Units management, Inbound & Outbound delivery, advanced ATP in S/4, Goods receipt & Goods issue processes, Standard EDI Integrations, Cross Dock and Flow through merchandise processes are required
  • Knowledge on integrated processes with replenishment and allocation solutions, SAP EWM & 3rd Party WMS systems Integrations, Transport Management Integrations
  • Global retailer with eCommerce presence, knowledge of eCommerce sales flow with ATP reservations & omni channel availability solution is required
  • Experience / Capability knowledge on SAP EWM and any Transport Solutions & GTS trade services process exposure is preferred
  • Work with Business and Change management lead to draw out Change Impacts list
  • Understanding of LTMC and Data Migration capabilities to coordinate with data management team
  • Understanding of role-based process design and Fiori role design coordination with Roles & Authorization team is required
  • Hands on experience on Configuration in system is an advantage
  • Functional design ownership on solution fitment meets process design and business requirement
  • Good communication skills, problem solving mindset and cross functional coordination skills required

Good-To-Have:

  • Strong implementation Experience in SAP S/4 SCM.
  • Knowledge in Retail business
