We at Maandag Nordic are looking for a experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and grow a high-performing web shop while navigating an ongoing IT transformation. This role combines commercial growth responsibilities with transformation goals and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on both revenue and platform development.

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, we see that you have:

  • Proven experience leading B2C e-commerce web shops with a minimum revenue of 250 million SEK.
  • Demonstrable track record of growing ecommerce revenue and profit – specific achievements should be highlighted in your resume.
  • References may be requested to confirm results.
  • Experience working within organizations undergoing IT transformation affecting ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth and transformation goals.
