Har du ett starkt intresse för kundrelationer och trivs med kundkontakt? Hos oss får du chansen att utveckla din kommunikativa förmåga, bygga värdefulla erfarenheter inom bank och finans, och samtidigt tjäna extra pengar.

I rollen arbetar du med inkommande samtal och digitala meddelanden från bankens både befintliga och potentiella kunder. Arbetsuppgifterna består av att hitta rätt lösning till kund och administrera ärenden i affärssystem. Du ingår i ett team med närvarande teamledare som motiverar och ger dig stöd i arbetet.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som kundservicemedarbetare kommer du;

  • Ta emot och hjälpa våra kunder via telefon och digitala kanaler
  • Ge professionell service samt erbjuda tilläggstjänster till våra befintliga kunder samt informera om hela bankens produkter.
  • Lösa kundärenden och svara på frågor
  • Bidra till en positiv kundupplevelse
     

För att trivas i rollen är du service och resultatinriktad och tycker om att supportera och hjälpa andra i ditt arbete. Du är självgående och har lätt för att driva ditt arbete framåt och gör det med hög kvalité. Då rollen innebär uteslutande både intern och extern kontakt är du social och har god kommunikativ förmåga. För att lyckas i rollen är du målinriktad och motiveras av att prestera högt

  • Studerande på universitetet eller högskola
  • Serviceinriktad och kommunikativ
  • Ansvarstagande och lösningsfokuserad
  • Meriterande om du arbetat med service och kundkontakt
  • Flytande i svenska och engelska

Tjänsten är på deltid och placering är på kontoret i Solna nära T-bana Solna Strand.
