The Body Shop's new flagship store at Liljeholmen Shopping Center
. As a Customer Consultant, you will be much more than a salesperson—you'll be part of a team of change makers driving ethical beauty and sustainability forward.

Your Role as a Change Making Sales Consultant:

Customer Engagement:
Create meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized guidance on The Body Shop's cruelty-free beauty products.

Sales & Performance:
Actively contribute to achieving the store's sales targets and KPIs by providing excellent customer service and using your product knowledge to drive sales.

Customer-Centric Sales:
Help the store meet its goals through exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling empowered and valued, aligned with our ethical approach to business.

Store Presentation & Maintenance:
Assist in keeping the store clean and attractive for customers by restocking products, organizing displays, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a pleasant place to shop.

Events & Experiences:
Contribute to in-store workshops and events that reflect The Body Shop's values and create unforgettable experiences for our community.

  • You are an excellent communicator, capable of connecting with diverse individuals and building strong relationships.
  • You thrive in a team environment and enjoy collaborating positively with colleagues to achieve shared sales goals.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferably in beauty or fashion) is a plus, but we welcome applicants who are genuinely passionate about our brand from any background.
  • You are adaptable and reliable, ready to handle changes and cover for colleagues as needed to ensure the store operates smoothly.

We are still finalizing the number of positions and working hours available. We are looking for flexibility and encourage applicants with a variety of availability to apply.
